Hi, I'm Lisa Hollon. I am a learning and development professional based in Cincinnati, Ohio. During my career, I've held roles in just about every facet of learning and development. I'm a dynamic and strategic problem-solver with over 15 years of experience designing course content, learning activities, and training materials that engage learners and produce results. I've always enjoyed learning and thrive on creating learner-centered content that delivers measurable results.

I've taken on leadership roles that have equipped me with the skills needed to develop strategic plans and project initiatives, delegate tasks, manage projects and programs, and produce deliverables while mentoring and developing other colleagues.

Since the beginning of my career, I’ve focused on channeling my talent and creativity into meaningful and powerful results. I take pride in the work I do and the strong relationships I’ve built with clients and colleagues. I firmly believe in working hard, working together, and having fun along the way.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling and exploring our National Parks, doing genealogy research, voraciously reading, and spending time with my spouse and our 4 dogs.
